We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia and support our continued growth in the Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar (the Region). The role will report to the DWF Group's Head of HR Business Partnering and support the changing needs of our growing international legal services business. You will provide HR support, guidance, and expertise to the DWF Group entities in the Region, harnessing the Group's Global Operating Model to deliver a best-in-class service. This role will be critical in leading and advising on activities that underpin our Group and Divisional people plans, and in ensuring alignment across people management and organisation design activities within our business units in the Region. The Group HR function needs to not only keep pace with the demands of the business but to anticipate change and proactively lead innovative approaches to delivering an engaging colleague experience by working closely with our Centres of Excellence to effect change, lead transformative business practices, and grow our business sustainably. Responsibilities:

  1. Providing insight and credible advice on HR and Employee Relations issues, delivering true business value across all areas of people management.
  2. Establishing and maintaining effective influencing relationships with line managers to develop effective leadership and management behaviours.
  3. Utilizing the Global HR platform to provide sophisticated analytics and insights to inform the People Plans for the Region.
  4. Ensuring operational activity is directed correctly and delivered in line with regulatory compliance.
  5. Applying a 'problem-solving squad' approach to HR activity delivery.
  6. Working closely with the Group Centres of Excellence to create a connected approach to colleague experience.
  7. Implementing Group policy regionally while designing local policy across the Region.
  8. Supporting hiring managers with recruitment in line with the Global recruitment model.
  9. Building collaborative relationships across the Group HR function to ensure alignment with business strategy and excellent colleague experience.
What will help you succeed in this role? Based on Saudi Arabian regulations, the role must be filled by a Saudi Arabian citizen. Experience of working within Saudi Arabia is essential as the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law and statutory processes. Experience in Dubai and/or Qatar is highly desirable. Must be fluent in Arabic and English. Experienced HR professional with a track record of building and maintaining relationships across stakeholder groups. Detailed experience of creating colleague-centred strategies, plans, and policies is essential.
