Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and determine partnership strategies in coordination with the LoB Presales Head.
  2. Review market trends and technological advances to determine impact on the LoB’s offering.
  3. Work with team to design highly technical solutions and identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
  4. Study/analyze the GOV sector business operations to propose point of view and solutions proactively.
  5. Setup approaches to increase the pipeline and potential demand for key accounts.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  7. Consult and assist the customer in defining his business needs and crafting the proper solution.
  8. Provide technical and functional expertise to support the sales team in selling enterprise applications, data, and analytics solutions that support digital transformation initiatives as well as long-term evolution plans for government customers.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  10. Design highly technical solutions for the entire integrated solution components.
  11. Identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
  12. Act as a consultant/advisor for the salesperson and client in complex technical issues and conduct presentations when required.
  13. Review the technical components of the proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions before submission to the sales team for final compilation.
  14. Prepare technical write-ups and associated drawings that describe the solution and highlight the advantages of the proposed solution, in addition to the costing of the proposed solution.
  15. Analyze the available solutions of the competitors to provide the optimum solution emphasizing our competitive edge and workarounds of our weak points.
  16. Prepare technological trends analysis reports & new solution coverage reports.
  17. Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  18. Participate in customer meetings aimed to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlight advantages over competitors.
  19. Ensure the review of the technical aspect of the Project implementation plan prepared by the Project Managers ensuring it is achievable and within the set time frame.
  20. Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  21. Promote Giza Systems’ image and culture internally & externally.
  22. Review the estimates and size the customer requirements with reference to the pre-investigation and using the help of the technical/functional staff or third party, if necessary.
  23. Prepare and conduct presentations on the proposed solution if required by the customer.
  24. Cooperate with Development Consultants and technical/functional Staff to fill compliance sheets (if required).
  25. Support the response to customer inquiries to explain the proposed solution.
  26. Ensure the RFP response integrity & review all the integrations & services required between the components of the solution.
  27. Prepare Customer gap analysis & process mapping document.
  28. Prepare and direct technically sound proposals to customer requests.
  29. Develop a solid understanding of immediate & long-term customer needs.
  30. Develop strong relations with select vendors, which allow Giza Systems to achieve and maintain a competitive position in markets & domains of choice.
