Job Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for end-users. Resolve technical problems promptly and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Network Monitoring & Maintenance : Regularly monitor network systems, outages, performance and security alerts. Assist in routine maintenance tasks and update network equipment as directed by senior network engineers. Audio & Video System Support : Manage the setup and troubleshooting of audio and video conferencing systems, ensuring smooth operation for meetings and remote communication. Network Security Support : Assist in monitoring network security protocols, respond to security alerts, and work with senior IT staff to ensure data protection and compliance with company policies. User Account & Access Management : Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts, permissions, and access levels in Active Directory and other systems, ensuring appropriate access control and security. Hardware & Software Setup : Support the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, server, network devices and other IT equipment, as well as the installation and maintenance of software applications. IT Equipment & Network Configuration : Responsible for configuring IT equipment, administering network servers, and supporting PC setups to maintain reliable system operations. Documentation & Reporting : Keep thorough records of all incidents, resolutions, and network changes, and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations. Asset & Inventory Management : Track IT assets, including hardware inventory and software licenses, ensuring records are accurate and equipment is up-to-date. End-User Education : Educate employees on IT best practices, such as safe browsing, password management, and basic troubleshooting, to improve overall user experience and reduce support requests. Collaboration & Escalation : Work closely with senior network engineers and other IT team members, escalating advanced network or support issues as needed, to maintain a smooth and secure IT environment. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest technologies, network practices, and company-specific systems to continuously enhance support effectiveness and technical expertise. Innovation Initiatives : Contribute to conceptualizing and enhancing the organization’s innovative capabilities by supporting and facilitating the implementation of innovation projects. Job Requirement Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or any related discipline Good knowledge of System Administration and Networking Possess good experience in audio and video system support Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills.
