T+O+M Dubai, United Arab Emirates Posted: 1 day ago | Job Type: Hybrid | Employment: Permanent | Salary: AED480k - AED780k Fantastic opportunity to oversee and lead the regional FX and Interest Rate Derivative sales team for MENA with a focus on securing new clients, whilst also growing and creating new revenue streams for the bank's suite of products and services. This high-profile role will involve input into the design of new FX and Interest Rate Derivative products, developing market and sales strategies, and penetrating new markets. You will oversee the team's daily sales activity, providing leadership and direction as required. Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing and building a pipeline of new business opportunities within the FX and Interest Rate Derivative client segment for MENA.
- Develop a regional strategy alongside senior management to create a list of prospects in line with the client segment.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of an FX and Interest Rate Derivatives sales plan for each prospect and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Leading internal and external workshops, brainstorming creative new ideas to increase sales revenue and growth, and running client round tables as appropriate.
- 10-15 years experience in a senior sales role within an investment bank with experience in managing and growing a team.
- An in-depth understanding of FX and derivative products, financial markets, and the related regulatory landscape.
- Experience in developing business marketing and communication strategy.
- Ability to partner with product leads across the product development lifecycle, exceptional communication skills, and strong presentation capabilities.
- A track record of success in driving revenue opportunities across a client basis and effectively shaping client strategy.
