  1. Saudi Nationals.
  2. Strong academic background (bachelor's degree), with GPA of a minimum 3/4 or 4/5.
  3. Strong command of the English language.
  4. Full-time commitment.

  1. Governance
  2. General administrative tasks including: preparation of PowerPoint presentations, memos and other ad hoc requests as they arise.
  3. Diarising reminders and calendar invites.
  4. Assist with policy tracker, monitoring, sending out requests for information and updates.
  5. Create and maintain the governance/reporting/HCD calendars.
  6. Maintain the conflicts of interest register – updates and reporting.
  7. Preparation of information required for insurance renewals including D&O.
  8. Create a tracker for Global Operations, status of each office opening and outstanding actions.
  9. Basic translations of memos or letters.
