Job ID: 2839174 | Amazon Web Services Japan GK 本ポジションのパートナーデベロップメントマネージャーは、中～大規模のパートナーとのビジネスを成長させることに責務を持ちます。パートナービジネスの事業開発を通じて、クラウドコンピューティングの最新テクノロジーの習得と成長のチャンスがあります。 候補者は、パートナー自身のビジネスを大きくしていくために、パートナーと共同でビジネスプランを策定し、プランの実行を強力かつ自発的に支援できる能力が必要です。またビジネスの阻害要因を的確に理解し迅速に解決する実行力と、問題解決に必要な情報と人的リソースをまとめることができるリーダーシップが必要です。 本候補者には主にシステムインテグレータータイプのパートナーを担当していただきます。

責任範囲詳細

1. 担当するパートナーとの年次ビジネスプランニングと実行。その結果の分析と必要なアクションの実施
2. パートナー内のエンジニア/営業の育成計画の作成と実施
3. アサインされた目標の四半期ごとの達成
4. Revenueの最大化
5. 担当パートナーを上位の階層にアップグレードさせるための各種プログラムの提供と実施
6. パートナーとの各種契約業務および交渉のリード
