You'll be responsible for:

  1. Delivers delegated elements of an annual business plan to time and budget.
  2. Manages and facilitates external certification audits.
  3. Provides expertise and guidance in supporting achievement of new certifications where appropriate.
  4. Responsible for organising and facilitating internal audits in the audit programme.
  5. Accountable for leading audits and producing audit reports.
  6. Utilises comprehensive expertise and investigates and interprets root cause analysis of instances of non-conformance, including recommending corrective measures and long-term preventative measures.
  7. Coordinates reviewing of management system content for appropriateness, improvement, and implementation.
  8. Contributes to the identification of new systems and processes to drive efficiency, recommending improvements and innovations.
  9. Ensures information for quality reports is available, accurate and delivered within agreed timescales.
  10. Accountable for the production of communication articles, plans and communication collateral.
  11. Coordinates activities reported in management reviews, collating, analysing, and presenting data and key metrics, analyses trends and provides recommendations and guidance.
  12. Provides recommendations for action to mitigate risk and improve management system effectiveness.
  13. Provides specialised expertise and knowledge to support on business development activities.
  14. Accountable for the development and delivery of training.
  15. Manages and monitors performance of a supply chain, including support to suppliers as appropriate through training, guidance, and audits of their QMS capabilities.
  16. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You'll need to have:
  1. Relevant degree qualification.
  2. Excellent communications skills.
  3. A hunger for learning and ambition to grow.
  4. Knowledge of ISO9001 standard and certification.
  5. Proven quality assurance experience.
  6. Professional membership or working towards demonstrable professional or personal development.
  7. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
