Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement HR strategies that uphold the business goals of the organization and promote a happy workplace.
  2. Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and publishing of job openings as well as the interview and hiring processes to guarantee a seamless transition into the business.
  3. Handle and settle concerns, conflicts, and issues among employees. Encourage an inclusive and upbeat work environment.
  4. Create and oversee a method for evaluating performance that encourages excellence. Ensure timely and consistent employee evaluations are carried out.
  5. Improve employee performance and skills, identify training needs, and design development programs. Organize workshops and training sessions.
  6. Monitor pay and benefit plans to ensure they're competitive and meet industry norms.
  7. Ensure that labor rules and regulations are followed. Keep up with any changes to government reporting obligations or legal requirements that influence HR.
  8. Enhance operational effectiveness and incorporate best practices; develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  9. Improve work satisfaction and retention; plan and carry out employee engagement projects.
  10. Monitor and share HR metrics to evaluate the success of HR projects and activities. Provide senior management with insights and suggestions.
  11. Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by following safety guidelines and carrying out frequent safety audits and training.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
  2. Master's degree in human resources management or a similar discipline is preferred.
  3. Five years or more of experience in a managing HR position, ideally in the distribution or automotive sectors.
  4. Thorough familiarity with Saudi labor laws and guidelines.
  5. Track record of success in performance management, employee relations, and recruiting management.
  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Capacity to inspire and guide a group.
  8. Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  9. HRIS and other HR software proficiency is an add-on.
  10. Proficient in Arabic and English.
  11. HR certifications such as PHR and SHRM-CP are advantageous.
  12. Previous experience in the automotive or automobile distribution sectors.
  13. Proven capacity to handle change and function in a hectic setting.
