What you'll be doing We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is fluent in French and English to join our Executive Chairman's office.
- Liaise with the Group's managers, suppliers and clients on behalf of the Office of the Executive Chairman to ensure a smooth flow of communication and understanding.
- Screen and prioritize incoming items to ensure the Executive Chairman is advised of and updated on current issues, events and items, and make recommendations for action.
- Follow up on directives sent through the Office of the Executive Chairman, monitoring their progress.
- Plan, organize and execute projects and a range of diverse assignments.
- Organize and participate in meetings related to the Executive Chairman's function.
- Assist in planning and organizing visits to the Group's Head Office by selected visitors specifically invited through the Office of the Executive Chairman.
- Proactively identify issues and priorities.
- Plan, organize and execute effective delivery of reports, programs as required by the Executive Chairman.
- Build professional relationships with Senior Group management and the leaders in the field of the Group's activity.
- Act as an ambassador and role model representing the Group with professionalism at the highest levels.
- English and French speaking is a must.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
- 4-6 years of Admin/EA experience to a Senior Stakeholder/Executive.
- Excellent communication is required verbally and in writing.
- Professional and highly organized work ethic.
- Great attention to detail.
