HEAD, SECURED COLLECTIONS OPERATIONS

Position: Secured Collections Operations HeadThe jobholder is responsible for ensuring that strategies and collection activities for home and auto loans are conducted in accordance with performance and productivity standards and are within guidelines.He/She provides appropriate strategies to drive and sustain improvement and to achieve collection goals and is responsible for monitoring its effectiveness. Ensures adherence to the existing Collection policies and procedures as well as provisions promulgated by other regulatory bodies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business course5-8 years of relevant experience in Secured (Home or Auto) CollectionsRelevant experience in Credit/Risk Management is preferable.Knowledge in bank and secured/consumer loans processes and systems are preferable.Knowledge in collections system and vendor management is highly advantageous.Other Details:Rank: Junior OfficerBusiness Unit: Credit Operations Group (Consumer Loans) - Collections and Recoveries DivisionWork setup: 100% onsite; Metropark, Pasay City
