As a key member of our Advanced Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps professionals to drive innovation and bring our AI-powered products to life.What will you do:Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.Design and implement scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.Explore new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our machine learning processes.Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models, ensuring reliability and accuracy over time.Maintain and develop Machine Learning Infrastructure on Cloud.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Machine Learning and AI to contribute to the company's innovation roadmap.Who you'll work with:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and formulate solutions that drive actionable insights.Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning components into production systems.What makes you a great fit:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, software engineering, or a related field.Experience in machine learning engineering or MLOps or a related role.Solid programming skills in Python and knowledge of relevant machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, or similar.Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Experience working with data science platforms like Azure Machine Learning, Databricks or similar.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Practical communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.ISS is a Place to Be You!Since our founding in 1901, ISS has been a people-first company.
