Your role

The Business Development Intern will support the B2B Sales Team in identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with corporate partners. The primary goal is to secure placement opportunities for the students. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, corporate sales, and relationship management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential corporate partners and generate leads for partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the corporate sector.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to engage with potential corporate partners.
  • Reach out to corporate prospects via email, phone calls, and meetings to present our programs and placement services.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to corporate clients.
  • Maintain a database of corporate contacts and track interactions and progress.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between corporate partners and our B2B Sales Team.
  • Support the negotiation and finalization of partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with the placement team to understand student profiles and match them with suitable corporate opportunities.
  • Follow up with corporate partners to gather feedback on placed students and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and partnership outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

About you

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and corporate relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A basic understanding of CRM software is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
  • Previous experience or internships in sales, business development, or corporate relations.
  • Knowledge of the B2B sales process and corporate partnership development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
