We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our travel team. This remote position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for ensuring clients have the best travel experiences possible. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to clients throughout their travel planning journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing travel inquiries, concerns, and special requests
  • Assist clients in booking and coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budget
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and rebookings, ensuring seamless communication and service
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure reservations, upgrades, and exclusive offers for clients
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and itineraries
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for clients, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Stay informed on travel trends, policies, and destination updates to offer clients the most current and relevant information
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service background with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in travel, customer service, or hospitality is
  • preferred but not required
  • Passion for travel and a desire to help clients plan memorable vacations
