Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and streamline recruitment processes for non-IT roles across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to execute end-to-end recruitment strategies effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and departmental goals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for non-IT positions across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance, and more.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers, finalize hiring terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs and critical roles.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire to optimize the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on non-IT roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and refine strategies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.
