Role: Pega LSA Role Type: Contract 12 months Basic Responsibilities: Work as a team member in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team. Functional service delivery roles include Team Leader, Content or Domain Expert, Senior Domain/Module Consultant, and Lead Business or Systems Analyst. Leads or supports the analysis, design, development, and implementation of systems and software, as well as the completion of other project work streams and deliverables. May also lead project modules or work activities as appropriate and can formulate solutions to defined/specific business or technical issues. Qualifications Required: 5+ years as a practicing LSA for multiple accounts. 10+ years of total Pega experience. Certified LSA. Strong stakeholder management. DevOps & Agile experience. Good knowledge of all rule types - UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents & Activities. Working knowledge of Prior Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, Performance Monitoring & Improvement. Specific Responsibilities: Experience in development in Banking and Financial sectors. Good knowledge of all rule types - sound experience using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI. Proficient in the Pega Implementation cycle that includes PRC deployment, development, testing, bug fixing & troubleshooting. Good understanding of rules management and associated tools such as export & import tools, skimming, and bulk processing tools. Good knowledge of SQL using Oracle. Strong base in web designing & development using HTML & JS, strong communication, and presentation skills. Implementing and following agile/scrum processes within a self-organizing team. Manage the overall key design areas of a Pega implementation. Use expert consulting skills to manage project scope and client expectations. Actively collaborate with other teams to solve cross-functional challenges. Actively participate in business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases. Actively participate in the requirements, design, and construction phases to lead to success.
