Job Description We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Talent Attraction Partner, with experience in recruiting marketing, talent research and diversity sourcing to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will be a key partner to our APAC TA team and work collaboratively with various business groups across Wise. You’ll report directly to our head of talent attraction, with a dotted line to the APAC TA leadership team. Your role will focus on execution of talent attraction initiatives, including DEI sourcing strategies, building talent pools for in-demand skills, managing CRM communities and campaigns, collaborating on content briefs with our Employer Brand team and EB champions, driving engagement with our employee referrals program, developing local partnerships and building a robust follow-up system for recruiting related events. Qualifications Your mission: Working closely with our APAC TA team, head of talent attraction and local hiring teams, you will execute on a variety of initiatives including sourcing, diversity, events, communities and employer brand campaigns. You’ll take ownership to manage our CRM of talent pools through tags and campaigns, ensuring that we keep in contact and follow up with prospects. You’ll be embedded with the TA team and will work directly to support recruiters and hiring teams with talent pipelining on key roles as a strategic sourcing partner, including sourcing, engaging and screening quality candidates. You’ll lead with data to build and leverage talent and competitor insights for the APAC market, generating resources for our TA team to influence hiring decisions. You’ll play a key role in driving DEI sourcing. You will be comfortable working with data to track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of initiatives in real-time, optimising performance and influencing investment in future attraction strategies. You’ll work on talent research for the local market and wider x-people team projects, for example: reward benchmarking, location strategy, candidate experience program and ensure we have the right tools in place for talent intelligence. You’ll collaborate with and develop local on-the-ground partnerships, networks and events to drive engagement and enhance amplification of relevant stories via Wise brand ambassadors. A bit about you: You’re comfortable working within a fast scaling organisation and constantly changing environment, able to navigate multiple priorities with ease. Experience in a global technology company, FinTech experience is a bonus. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights/Campaign Manager, Glassdoor, Gem and other relevant tools. Strong project management skills and analytics skills with ability to craft meaningful insights from the data. Experience in running recruiting events or conferences is a plus.
