What the role is: You will be working in multi-disciplinary teams to examine local disease trends, identify diseases for prioritisation for action and resource allocation. You will play a critical role in the Disease Strategy Office to support the development, implementation and monitoring of national end-to-end disease-specific strategies to achieve a reduction in the burden of prioritised non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in Singapore. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. What you will be working on: Develop national end-to-end disease-specific strategies to reduce the disease burden in Singapore for prioritised non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, cancer, ischaemic heart disease. Facilitate as well as track and monitor the implementation of the action plans and report on progress. Disease prioritisation to identify areas for improvement and resource allocation. What we are looking for: Tertiary education in public health or healthcare related fields (e.g., nursing, pharmacy or allied health) would be advantageous. Highly driven and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders to coordinate work across various functions. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Possess strong critical thinking, analytic and decision-making skills. Possess strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Experience in evidence review, strategic planning, project management and performing quantitative analysis would be advantageous.
