Recruitment Business Partner, Mandarin Speaker Our Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced and well-rounded Recruiter to support the growth of our Business (Commercial, Operations & Staff) teams in APAC. You will contribute to Adyen’s growth by supporting your hiring teams with data-driven decisions, speed of execution, and our long-term strategy in mind. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will proactively build pipelines and advise your hiring teams by bringing new ideas, approaches, and solutions to the table. What you’ll do: Country delivery and strategy: Depending on Mandarin language skills, the focus of your scope will be hiring for our China team. Sourcing: Make an impact sourcing the best candidates and work on talent acquisition strategies together with Employer Branding. Candidate Experience: Responsible for the candidates’ experience from their first contact with Adyen to the offer management. Business Partnering: Work closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and guide them throughout the entire Recruitment process. Data: Share data insights on the market, talent pool, and process to ensure data-informed decisions. Global collaboration: Be part of a global recruitment team and support hiring in different regions depending on needs. Who you are: You have min 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on in-house Recruitment. You have experience with hiring in China and speak Mandarin on a business level. You worked closely with HR teams and business leaders. You have a proven track record in building solid relationships with stakeholders. You have experience in collecting Recruiting data and leading data-informed conversations. You have experience in an international and cross-cultural environment.
