Read more about NIE here. NIE invites suitable applications for the position of Senior Executive / Executive, Grants Management with the Office of Education Research (OER). Responsibilities Support the grants management team in the administration of research grants. Assist in pre-to-post award research grant administration processes including grant application, budgetary checks, review, completeness checks, grant award, variations, project progress and final reports. Manage and ensure research grant administration policies, guidelines and terms and conditions are in accordance with the research grant funding agencies’ and institute’s regulations. Support in institutional grant management processes including award creation in grant management systems. Provide consultation to project teams on grants processes and guidelines. Facilitate grant closure processes. Facilitate Research Collaboration Agreements (RCA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) between grant stakeholders. Support in grants management events organised by the unit. Support in ensuring SOPs are updated timely. Design/create grants related infographics/posters/collaterals for stakeholder communication and events where required. Maintain unit’s research portals, project databases, records and documents. Liaison with stakeholders, external parties and auditors. Assist in organizing and providing secretarial and logistical support for research grants panel meetings including recording of minutes. Support the Associate Dean Grants Management and Strategic Analytics in scheduling, slides preparation and any other duties as and when assigned. Requirements A Polytechnic diploma. Preferably with 2 to 3 years of working experience in research grant and/or project management in an educational institution. Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with faculty and staff across various administrative units. Strong numerical skills with an eye for detail. Strong planning and organizational skills. Able to monitor compliance in policies and uphold governance of policies. Strong team player. Able to learn fast, multi-task and work within tight timelines. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and willingness to learn or use new IT software and applications as and when required.
