Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical architecture and R&D team management for platform products and pre-purchase SaaS products, supporting business targets. Enhance service stability while optimizing costs and boosting competitiveness. Develop the organization's talent strategy, manage team structures, and cultivate senior managers. Contribute to company policies, build the company culture, and establish performance metrics management systems. Requirements: 10+ years of backend development experience with 3+ years managing teams over 100 people. Strong computer science foundation and programming skills with 5+ years in infrastructure system development. Rich experience designing and developing large software systems, ensuring scalability and high availability. Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and business-oriented mindset with e-commerce industry knowledge. Mature organizational management skills, systematic thinking, and senior manager cultivation. Security Obligations: Comply with company information security rules and regulations. Participate in information security awareness training.
