Our mission is to provide an exceptional golfing experience in a relaxed and social environment. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Growth in Singapore. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations within the golf and entertainment industry to expand our network and customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as corporate partnerships, event sponsorships, and promotional campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including golf professionals, influencers, and industry leaders. Leverage your extensive network to drive sales, generate leads, and create brand awareness. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the golf, hospitality, or entertainment industry. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base. Strong networking skills with an extensive professional network within the golf or related industries. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to foster collaborations and partnerships. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities. Knowledge of golf industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences preferred but not required. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Passion for golf and a deep understanding of the game's culture and community.
