Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experienceEducationBS/BE or EquivalentLast Date9/11/2024 12:00:00 AMJob DescriptionManage and maintain server hardware and software, including operating systems, virtualization technologies, and storage systems.Install and monitor servers in different operating systems (Windows and Linux).Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure servers and virtual machines on-premises data centers.Install, maintain, patch, and upgrade software applications and operating systems.Maintain Managed Anti-Virus Protection software, Enterprise Backup Services/Solutions, File sharing, Email Archiving Services/Solutions, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project and Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Servers.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including hardware and software failures.Implement and enforce security protocols and measures to protect company data and systems.Implement disaster recovery site and data migration.Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.Create and maintain technical documentation and low-level design for the existing environment.Create and maintain Server Policies and Servers Security Standards.Provide L2/L3 technical support to end-users and assist with user training as needed.Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in system administration.
