Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be responsible to:
troubleshoot, rectify, and solve the problem by proper utilization of resources like material, tools, and manpower
coordinate with the immediate supervisor to review the job allocation sheet at least twice a day to streamline the areas, workload, and emergency complaints
carry out repair and maintenance jobs on plumbing fixtures, fittings, and associated piping in an effective and efficient manner to minimize recurring breakdowns
record all required information on job activities to maintain history in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
follow safety procedures at work
work may involve shift duties as and when required or assigned by senior engiExecute planned preventive maintenance on plumbing fittings, sewerage/drain lines, grease traps, and neutralization tanks as per defined procedures to prevent breakdowns
any other related task as assigned by Supervisor / Senior Engineer.
Requirements
You must have:
Matriculation (Preferred)
minimum of 03 to 05 years of relevant experience
analytical abilities with problem-solving skills
ability to draw line sketches and drawings
knowledge of good plumbing practices
ability to understand and write simple English and Urdu
knowledge of preventive maintenance.
