This is a hybrid position, combining the functions of Project Manager with those of local Dutch Legal Counsel to work on complex legal projects involving various jurisdictions.In this role, you will:Provide legal support for the group's companies, including non-profit organizations, regardless of their jurisdiction (including both EU and non-EU countries), with a strong emphasis on general compliance, as well as corporate and contractual matters.Manage various legal projects, such as incorporations, restructurings, intra-group financing, and contracts involving multiple companies within the group. This includes planning, coordinating the efforts of various distributed teams (legal, tax, finance, procurement, HR, etc.), tracking progress, and delivering final results to stakeholders within agreed timelines.Conduct legal research on a range of topics, including but not limited to corporate matters, operational activities, and the activities of non-profit organizations.
