Job Title: Enterprise ArchitectOversee the overall Enterprise Architecture, manage and coordinate various DevOps teams, and manage the design and implementation of bespoke mainframe/ERP systems, digital channels, and other software development, including the Medihelp Enterprise Data Warehouse.Requirements:Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and methodologiesStrong understanding of agile development cycleFirm grasp of object-oriented programming concepts and principlesAn understanding of database systemsKnowledge of web services and standardsAbility to articulate and gain engagement for ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to motivate in a team-oriented collaborative environmentDemonstrable and substantial experience in leading and managing teams of software developersHands-on experience in coding using multiple recognized industry standard languagesExperience in successfully designing and developing complex and sophisticated software systems deployed in various environmentsExperience in setting up testing frameworks and proceduresProject managementComplex systems process analysis, design, and simulation methodologiesFamiliarity with best practice management and governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, King V, ISO, TOGAF, applicable laws, acts, and regulationsMust possess a valid K53 driving licenseMust possess the following skills:Customer centricity and focusFacilitating change and change managementNegotiation and contract managementMultitasking and project management skillsShould you meet the requirements for this position, please apply today!
