Legal Receptionist Wyatts Lawyers is one of Sydney's premier personal injury law firms representing individuals in their time of need. We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a full-time receptionist to join our Sydney Head Office. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a successful and growing firm, this is the role for you. As the successful candidate, you will be eager, dynamic and highly organised. The role will require liaison with internal and external parties, excellent communication skills are essential. About the role You will be required to:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to uphold a professional appearance
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Hand deliver important documents to a variety of stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain all public areas, including adherence to sanitation and Safe Work Practices
- Photocopying, scanning and data management.
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness of public areas.
- Mailing, message taking and liaison with Directors and EA.
- General Office Duties.
- Three to five years previous experience as a receptionist
- A commitment to client care, and dedication to providing a positive first contact experience
- Professional presentation and manner
- Highly organised with attention to detail, proactive and willing to take direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- A positive and energetic personality
- Previous office experience is desirable
