Job Description

Working at Nevesbu means working within an organisation where you can enjoy a lot of freedom and responsibility. In your role as Project Manager, you will be responsible for all organisational, relational, and technical activities of multiple (multidisciplinary) projects within Nevesbu. The projects are international and vary from large and multidisciplinary to small and specialist. The diversity in the work is vast, from new construction and upkeep to modifications of various types of vessels such as submarines, surface ships, FPSO’s, and other special vessels. For these projects, you will be the point of contact for clients, suppliers, and third parties. You will work at the Alblasserdam branch with a team of highly trained engineers and will be responsible for the quality delivered by the project team during the execution of your projects.

Job Requirements

You must have a higher vocational or university level degree (HBO/WO), preferably in Naval Architecture, at least five years of work experience in project management and at least ten years of experience in engineering. In addition, we consider a solution-oriented attitude essential for the job. Furthermore, you must be customer-oriented, work well in a team, and have good organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software packages (MS Office, MS Project, Navision, SharePoint) is required.
