Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-performing paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched, optimized, and scaled to achieve our customer acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and present data-driven media plans for paid social campaigns focused on new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad copy and visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Become an expert in Meta Ads Manager and utilize data analysis skills to monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Regularly generate reports and provide updates on campaign performance to both internal teams and clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform policy/algorithm changes. Proactively propose new strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Job Requirements
Requirements:- 1+ years of proven experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other 3rd party platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for conveying ideas and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of web design and HTML is a plus.
