Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Build a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates, ensuring a diverse and inclusive pool of applicants. Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to maintain organized candidate records and communication.
