OSF Digital's Marketing Cloud Architects are solution leaders who are responsible for developing end-to-end innovative solutions for complex technical and digital marketing requirements. Working cross-functionally, the Marketing Cloud Architect will own and be responsible for the solutioning, development and documentation of SFMC implementations throughout the project life cycle. The role expects a high billable utilization with any remaining time focused on pre-sales, internal objectives, continuous improvement and development of best practices for OSF Digital and its clients. On a project basis, the role collaborates with regional and global peers as well as other Delivery Centres, Business Units and portfolios to deliver high quality technical solutions on time and on budget, in addition to supporting project leadership. As senior members of the team, Marketing Cloud Architects are also expected to share knowledge via mentoring and coaching for more junior architects and developers. Responsibilities:- Architect quality, scalable and performant solutions for complex, multiple Salesforce Cloud implementations that integrate with one or more external sources.
- Define and build technical solutions.
- Input into requirements and creation of specifications and architectural artefacts.
- Perform end-to-end testing and documentation for final approval.
- Be responsible for integration evaluation, design and implementation, including external systems and middleware.
- Be responsible for deployment strategy, integration implementation and data flow across multiple systems.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities as required, working closely with the OSF Digital business development team.
- Present ideas, strategies, and reports to clients, understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions, in a clear and concise manner.
- Adapt to changing client requirements and manage multiple deadlines and priorities, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Contribute to building out OSF Digital’s IP and knowledge base.
- Assist in the training and development of fellow peers and colleagues.
- Work actively with OSF Digital to shape the tools, artefacts and capability of a successful practice and market offering.
- Build strong, trusted relationships within the OSF Digital client-base.
- Keep abreast of market trends and assist OSF Digital in remaining at the forefront of the market.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the client base.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or Interactive Design.
- 4+ years in consulting and/or Full-Stack web app development experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics 365, etc.
- Experience with Cloud App Hosting solutions such as Heroku, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience with Integration Environments such as Jitterbit, Zapier, Mulesoft, etc.
- Experience with Analytics and BI tools such as Datorama, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, stakeholder management and project delivery.
- A strong technical understanding and platform knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Storytelling, Storyboarding, and Customer Journey Mapping.
- Experience in SFMC Interaction Studio/ Experience in SFMC Personalization Projects.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Strong background with a range of integration technologies and platforms –design and implementation.
