Description: A sales administrative assistant provides clerical and operational support to a sales team or sales manager:
- Communication: Answer phone calls, draft emails and letters, and handle correspondence.
- Organization: Plan and organize meetings, events, and travel.
- Customer service: Liaise with clients, provide after-sales support, and help with installations and product set-up.
- Documentation: Enter new customer information, manage documents and files, and process invoices.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales administration role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical abilities.
