We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team at Albert Invent. This role will play a critical part in supporting our sales organization, with a specific focus on assisting our Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and customer account administration/maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients to drive revenue growth. - Strategic Account Support: Provide dedicated administrative assistance to Strategic Account Managers, including preparing client-facing materials, managing client communications, and coordinating follow-ups for high-value accounts.
- Sales Support: Assist the broader sales team in preparing proposals, sales presentations, contracts, and other documentation. Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for strategic accounts, including inputting new leads, updating opportunities, tracking account activities, and generating reports.
- Order Processing & Client Onboarding: Oversee the order process for key accounts, ensuring accurate data entry, pricing, and documentation. Coordinate onboarding activities and liaise with finance, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless account setup.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports for strategic accounts, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and account trends. Support SAMs with data to drive client engagement strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align on initiatives, support promotional campaigns, and ensure that strategic account activities are synchronized with broader company objectives.
- Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage schedules for Strategic Account Managers and sales leadership, organizing client meetings, internal reviews, and travel arrangements.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement, especially related to strategic account management, to enhance efficiency and support revenue growth.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related administrative role, with experience supporting account managers preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Will be writing communication on behalf of executive sellers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with preference towards Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with sales analytics tools and data visualization is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities, especially when supporting multiple Strategic Account Managers.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling client information, contracts, and order processing.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude, with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
