Marketing Officer / Public Relations

Job Description:

1. To liaise with local and mainland government bureaux/departments and other stakeholders for the formulation, implementation and administration of the facilitation measures.
2. To prepare relevant documentation for the implementation and administration of the facilitation measures.
3. To support senior management's participation in Mainland and local events/meetings related to the facilitation measures.
4. To handle applications and provide responses to public enquiries/complaints regarding the facilitation measures.
5. To support the technical implementation, UAT, operation and maintenance of the thematic portal, e-form and workflow system.
6. To conduct desktop researches and assessments on local and international policies, laws, regulations, standards and best practices about cross-boundary data flow.
7. To carry out administrative tasks, including preparation of regular/ad hoc updates and statistical reports.
8. To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisors.

1. Degree in Information Technology or related subjects.
2. At least 4 years experience in related job duties.
3. Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English, with a good command of written Chinese and English for speeches and promotional materials.
4. Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing.
5. Experience in technical implementation, UAT, operation and maintenance of website is preferred.
6. Experience in handling public enquiries/complaints is preferred.
7. Experience in organising and managing briefings, seminars, promotional and publicity activities is preferred.
