As an Actuarial Graduate, the individual will work closely with seasoned professionals, contributing to projects that drive decision-making across various financial domains. This role offers the perfect platform to apply actuarial studies while gaining practical experience in a supportive environment. The company seeks an enthusiastic individual keen to make an impact from day one. This is a full-time, permanent, Auckland-based role. In this role, the individual will:- Assist with data analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with actuarial teams on deliverables and reporting
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for business challenges
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
About you
Requirements:- A degree in actuarial science or other relevant field
- Enthusiasm, a proactive mindset, and a keen desire to learn and grow
- Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and exposure to actuarial software would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You may also be about to graduate and that is OK too, we are open to you starting later this year, or early in 2025
