- HS will reimburse up-to $154 per night, including GST, (for the room only and invoice evidence must be provided) any additional costs incurred by the doctor will be at their own cost. • Travel reimbursement $0.88 per km, including GST, from Melbourne or equivalent (evidence of KM travel required, capped at 640km return)
