Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

At least 2nd year College UndergraduateWith at least 6 months BPO International Voice Experience
Have Excellent English communication skills
