Job Type: Full time Responsibilities:
- Handle daily service calls from customers and properly record all customer details and requirements.
- Prepare quotations for customers based on their requirements.
- Establish good relationships with customers, liaising between customers and service crews to ensure smooth and timely servicing and repairs.
- Issue delivery orders, cash sales, payment vouchers, and other relevant documents.
- Resolve customer complaints via meetings, phone, and email.
- Support day-to-day administrative and accounting duties related to machine service and repair matters.
- Monitor outstanding payments and manage debt collections.
- Ensure proper documentation, arrangement, reporting, and filing records are consistent with the completeness of supporting documents.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
- Able to multi-task, a proven team player, with a positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in writing and good communication skills.
