Senior Lead Software Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior MERN Stack Developer located in Lahore. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining secure, efficient, and scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features, and you will also mentor and lead junior developers.

Qualifications

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
2. Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development
4. Understanding of RESTful API design and development
5. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
6. Knowledge of server-side rendering and state management libraries (e.g., Redux)
7. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
8. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
11. 5+ years of experience in MERN stack development
