What You’ll Do As a Business Development Manager at VIR, you’ll take charge of generating and closing high-value deals, targeting at least USD 1 million in annual sales. Using tools like Apollo, ChatGPT, and a powerful Sales CRM, you’ll develop a pipeline of top-tier prospects, nurture client relationships, and close deals that deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. International Travel as an Incentive: Top performers will have the opportunity to travel internationally, meeting clients, attending industry events, and representing VIR on the global stage. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & High-Value Prospecting: Identify and engage high-value clients using Apollo and targeted strategies.
- Sales Execution & Closing: Conduct high-level virtual consultations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- CRM & Performance Management: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
- Collaboration & Strategic Contributions: Partner with internal teams to refine offerings and ensure seamless client delivery.
- Proven Success in High-Value Sales: Currently closing deals valued at USD 1 million or more annually.
- Degree-Qualified: In business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in remote B2B sales, lead generation, and high-stakes negotiations.
- Proficiency in tools like Apollo, CRM systems, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a relentless focus on results.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing complex sales cycles.
