Job Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Fully remote (Filipino candidates only) Schedule: US time zone Salary: 1750 - 2000 USD/month A leading US-based company specializing in business telecommunications and IT services is looking for a Marketing Specialist. This dynamic company focuses on providing tailored solutions to meet the communication needs of businesses, offering a range of services that include phone solutions, reliable internet connectivity, and unified communication systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO and social media marketing, along with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. The role requires a results-driven individual who can contribute to the growth and online presence of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Develop and execute social media marketing plans to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to achieve business goals.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented and social media posts align with overall marketing goals.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO and social media marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proven track record of increasing website traffic, engagement, and conversions through SEO and social media marketing.
- Experience in creating and optimizing PPC ads and analyzing performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to provide professional references from previous employers.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Familiarity with basic HTML and website management.
