Job Description : Full Stack Marketing Manager, Digital Experiences Business: A full stack marketer for the fastest growing business unit. We are looking for a dynamic marketer who can manage end-to-end marketing from branding, messaging, digital, events, budgets, stakeholder interactions, and plan & execute ROI-driven activities. Integrated Marketing: Own the GTM for the offerings across US & EU markets. Craft compelling GTM narrative, plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns and impact. Work closely with key stakeholders in marketing, the unit, and the organization to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with business objectives and goals are met. Analyze the market and industry to update offerings, stay abreast with the latest services and technology to integrate it into the marketing campaigns Content: Develop impactful messaging and content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the audience is a key responsibility. Work with SME’s & leaders to build content, marketing collaterals, presentations, thought leadership material. Lead Generation: Build a pipeline leveraging marketing channels while measuring ROI. Analyze marketing results, insights, optimizes the marketing budget and resources. Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the GTM strategy is a core responsibility. Events: Plan, execute, and manage budgets and end-to-end industry events across geos to meet desired brand and pipeline outcomes. Digital: Digital Campaigns, Email Campaigns, SEO, and Website Analytics are to be deployed and measured periodically. Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team, align with sales goals, provide the necessary support to ensure the sales can effectively communicate the offering. Work Experience: • Excellent written & spoken communication skills • 8 years of work experience in the IT Industry or B2B preferably • Exposure in handling International Markets – US & EU • Self-driven with passion to meet goals • Proven track record in developing pipeline • Hubspot Certification Desirable • A deep understanding of Google Analytics or equivalent • Experienced in setting up and managing paid campaigns across social, content outreach and display • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills Soft Skills: • Must be a self-starter, with an ability to work autonomously • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication • Attention to detail (and we aren’t just saying that)• Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task • Project management skills and a demonstrable ability to deliver on time • Highly motivated, confident, resilient and a positive attitude • Analytically minded to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies
