As a leading UK law firm, recognised for our client-first approach and dedication to excellence, we are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our ambitious growth plans.  What Will You Do as a Business Development Executive?

  • Client Interaction & Support:  You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience with us is both positive and professional. You’ll handle customer questions, requests, and complaints with the utmost care and efficiency, ensuring they feel valued and supported. 
  • Inbound Sales Calls: C onduct inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers, generating new business and upselling our products and services. Your role will be crucial in helping clients understand the benefits of our offerings and guiding them through their purchasing journey. 
  • Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting:  You’ll qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring that our pipeline remains robust and well-organised. Your proactive follow-up with leads and clients will be key in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Product & Service Expertise (full training will be provided):  Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services so you can effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Your knowledge will be instrumental in building trust and confidence with our clients. 
  • Relationship Building:  Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients feel heard, valued, and supported at every stage of their journey with us.

  • Experienced in Sales & Customer Service:  You bring 1-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role. You have demonstrated success in sales, particularly through telephone calls, and are comfortable engaging with clients and guiding them to the right solutions. 
  • Excellent English Communicator:  Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, including a neutral accent, to effectively engage with clients. You can articulate ideas clearly, listen attentively, and respond thoughtfully, ensuring that client interactions are smooth and effective. 
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You’re highly organised and excel at multitasking. You have a keen eye for detail and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks, maintaining accuracy in all aspects of your work. 
  • Tech-Savvy:  You’re proficient with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, using these tools to manage your workload and client interactions efficiently. 
  • Customer-Oriented Mindset:  You have a positive attitude and are always focused on the client’s needs. You’re confident in your ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people, and you always aim to exceed their expectations.
