- Understand and fulfill clients’ needs for luxury resin art, hampers, and bespoke gifting solutions.
- Foster meaningful, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the client order journey from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with production teams to bring client visions to life with meticulous attention to detail.
- Keep clients updated with timely communication and a proactive approach.
- Design and execute exciting marketing campaigns to showcase our unique offerings.
- Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s creativity and innovation.
- Take charge of social media to amplify brand presence and engage audiences.
- Contribute to creating compelling content for promotions, email campaigns, and product launches.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our diverse products and services.
- Prepare professional, tailored quotes and proposals for bulk orders and custom gifting.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences to drive improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing, customer service, or related fields.
- A passion for art and luxury brands, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with website management and social media marketing is highly valued.
