Position- GRC Functional Expert Location : India (Remote Work) Experience : 10-12 Years Salary : INR 13,00,000 – INR 15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications (plus Health Insurance and other benefits). Role Overview- As a GRC Functional Expert at Tech AGRIM, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. Your expertise will help shape the future of our clients' security frameworks and compliance strategies. Key Responsibilities-- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for GRC initiatives. - Expert Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement. - Solution Design: Design GRC solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. - Platform Configuration: Configure and customize GRC platforms to meet specific client needs. - Project Management: Manage end-to-end implementation of GRC solutions ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Functional Expertise: Provide expertise in risk management, compliance, audit management, and policy management. - Vendor Assessments: Conduct due diligence assessments and risk evaluations for vendors, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards. - Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides. - Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with IT, compliance, and risk management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize GRC effectiveness. - Regulatory Monitoring: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends to proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications-- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 8 years in GRC consulting or a related role. - Functional Skills: - Profound understanding of GRC concepts, frameworks, and regulations (ISO27001, PCI-DSS, NIST, Control NIS2, etc.). - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in configuring and customizing GRC platforms. - Understanding of data integration and reporting tools. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
