We Are Looking for a High-Level Web Designer We are seeking a High-Level Web Designer with an exceptional focus on creating innovative, modern, and impactful visual interfaces. This professional should excel in designing cutting-edge websites that integrate motion graphics, advanced animations, and 3D elements to deliver immersive and engaging visual experiences. The ideal candidate must demonstrate superior design skills, advanced tool proficiency, and experience in implementing complex visual concepts that stand out in high-level projects. A solid portfolio with at least 10 designed websites, showcasing excellence in creativity, functionality, and attention to detail, is required. This is a project-based position with the potential for long-term collaboration based on performance and results. Mandatory Technical Requirements Visual and User Experience Design (UI/UX):

• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as:
• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Illustrator for vector illustrations and visual components.
• Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and complete design systems.
• Experience in responsive design optimized for mobile devices.
• Skill in combining aesthetics and usability, following the latest web design trends.

• Proven experience in creating advanced animations and interactions using:
• After Effects (for motion graphics and Lottie files).
• GSAP (GreenSock) for smooth web animations.
• Spline or Three.js for integrating interactive 3D elements into websites.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for efficient collaboration with developers.
• Ability to export and optimize assets for development use.
• Familiarity with WebGL and interactive graphics.

• A portfolio featuring at least 10 complete websites that demonstrate high-quality design with advanced animations and innovative elements.
• Experience with projects incorporating motion graphics, advanced interactivity, and 3D elements.

• Experience with 3D design tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Spline.
• Knowledge of UX research and user testing.
• Ability to work with modern content management systems (Headless CMS such as Contentful, Strapi, etc.).
• Experience in branding and creating visual identities.

• 3-5+ years of experience designing modern, dynamic, and visually impactful websites.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with developers and other team members.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into functional and effective designs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
