Under the leadership of the Project Technical Manager, you will: Support the updates of the Interface Management Plan and related procedures and enforce its application within the Signalling Systems; Monitor all interface management processes and ensure interface activities are progressing in line with the planning; Coordinate with other SWCs, Authority, and Operator for the schedule of activities and the preparation of the modification forms (AFM) to ensure timely start and progress of the work. In this capacity, you will work with the Project Technical Manager, the Installation and T&C managers. Gather the required information from the System and Sub-system teams, that is necessary to the timely progress of the Interface work with other coordinated interfaces. When required, and within your technical area of expertise, you will provide possible solutions to resolve technical problems to minimise possible delays for the project. When necessary, you will escalate issues to the Project Technical and the Project Engineering Managers; Request support from the Risk Manager / Systems Assurance Manager when necessary; Organize specific coordination interface meetings whenever appropriate.
