Overview: Provide system and network administration support to ensure a reliable platform for all IT business applications. Responsibilities include ensuring the efficient performance of server hardware, operating systems, networks, cabling, communication systems, and overall IT infrastructure. Job Functions: Deliver Level 2 IT infrastructure support for servers, network equipment, backups, UPS, server room equipment, and peripherals, including implementation, patching, installation, and configuration. Administer, maintain, and manage computer systems, including operating systems and communication systems. Maintain documentation for security, service records, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. Track, document, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Support and manage end-user accounts, ensuring proper rights, security settings, and group access. Ensure data integrity by managing daily backups and performing restores when needed. Periodically update and manage IT asset records. Maintain and support hardware, software, and operating systems aligned with corporate goals and IT policies. Includes installing and upgrading server hardware and software. Conduct regular maintenance, audits, and compliance checks for servers, UPS, and network equipment. Liaise with outsourced vendors for remote application support and Move-Add-Change requests. Implement and enforce computer and information security procedures and standards. Apply periodic updates to servers and network devices, ensuring security patches and firmware are current. Conduct quarterly audits and preventive maintenance for servers, networks, and UPS. Adhere to internal Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and other deliverables. Maintain comprehensive documentation. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager. Interaction: Collaborate with end-users and technical support personnel within the organization and headquarters. Job Specifications: Diploma or degree in Computer Studies, Networking, or Communications with a minimum of 5 years of IT industry experience. A reliable, responsible team player with strong initiative and diligence. Skills and Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with administering Windows Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, Office 365 Administration, MS Azure, and related systems. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment, VPNs, and wireless access points. Managing and configuring Hyper-V, Microsoft Authenticator, SharePoint, and related systems. Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. Certifications preferred: MCSA or MSCE; CCNA or equivalent network management certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
