Roles and responsibilities of Instrumentation Engineer Execute operational activities of the project within the timeframe, resources, and contract specifications Lead and execute the geotechnical instrumentation installation and monitoring works Assist the SIE/PM to ensure the smooth delivery of the project Involve in the preparation and submission of drawings, reports, and relevant documents to stakeholders Plan daily site activities, monitor project progress and work done quantity Ensure works are in accordance with drawing requirements. Ensure good quality of work including calibration of monitoring equipment Obtain any authorities’ or in-house clearances before work commencement Coordinate with the main civil contractor on the daily site works. Handle subcontractors’ activities (if any) Involve in geotechnical instrumentation testing, data acquisition, data verification, and processing Prepare, review, and submit the instrument monitoring report Attend project meetings and inspections. Resolve site operation issues Ensure good recordkeeping. Assist in the preparation of progress claims Comply with internal and external WSHE requirements in the course of work Other duties as may be assigned on a need basis #J-18808-Ljbffr
