What We Need a) Technical Knowledge:

• Business Finance [Accounting, finalization of financial statements, Ind AS (an added advantage) & Indian GAAP]
• End-to-end statutory audit process management
• Analysis of Financial Statements including financial ratio analysis

Your Role With Us As an Assistant Manager, you'll dive into a challenging yet rewarding environment, gaining hands-on experience navigating complex Indian regulations and business situations. Your role will encompass various aspects of accounting, auditing, financial diligence, and supporting IPO processes. Responsibilities Include:

• Leading end-to-end statutory audit assignments for clients
• Reviewing books of accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
• Contributing to financial due diligence (FDD) efforts
• Preparing and analysing financial statements and reports
• Preparation of decks for fund raise or evaluation of IPO bound clients compliances
• Providing insightful business advice to clients
• Participating in client meetings and strategy discussions
• Keeping abreast of the latest accounting and auditing standards
• Engaging in ongoing training sessions and professional development

Your Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (compulsory) with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience and a compulsory 3 years of strong article-ship experience in mid-sized audit firms.
• Keen interest in financial diligence and IPO processes.
• Individuals seeking to build a long-term career in consulting preferred.
• Open to travel and work in a dynamic culture.
