ABOUT THE ROLE Are you ready to play a pivotal role in Turpal’s explosive growth? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the driving force behind our success by uncovering new business opportunities and turning them into valuable relationships. Your mission? To engage, excite, and qualify potential customers, setting the stage for our sales team to close the deal. What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify and generate a steady stream of leads, fueling our sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound prospecting with creativity and persistence to uncover new opportunities.
- Dive deep into potential clients' needs, ensuring they’re a perfect fit for Turpal’s solutions.
- Connect with prospects through phone, email, social media, and more, making every interaction count.
- Be the expert on Turpal’s innovative solutions, educating prospects on how we can transform their business.
- Schedule high-impact meetings and appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team to smash targets and exceed goals.
- Collaborate with other teams to brainstorm and implement groundbreaking strategies for lead generation and qualification.
- 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
- Cold Calling Champion is a must-have.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Travel technology solutions/SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for businesses/Bed banks/leading OTAs/Hotel Sales
- A Bachelor’s degree is essential; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with IT tools including Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM systems (like Hubspot).
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Startup-minded professional who excels in dynamic settings, embraces change, and adapts with agility.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Professional to Fluent English
- Professional Hindi language skills
